Growing together.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PMLocation: Onsite -8501 Little Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34654Primary Responsibilities:Managing administrative intake of membersWork with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providersProcess incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census rolesAssist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage ReviewHandle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providersOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED (or higher)2+ years of customer service experienceBeginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OutlookAbility to work Monday - Friday, in any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm ESTMust be 18 years of age OR olderPreferred Qualifications:Experience working within the health care industry and with health care insuranceExperience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic settingClerical or administrative support backgroundKnowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codesPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
