Client Delivery / Service Delivery Lead (CD)
Role Overview: The Client Delivery / Service Delivery Lead is a senior leader responsible for end-to-end delivery of transformative business and technology solutions for our large client in Columbus. Acting as the executive interface, the CD bridges business and IT leadership, deeply understands business processes and product development, and leverages Capgemini’s global capabilities to deliver business enablement solutions that accelerate Clients growth and innovation. The CD is accountable for successful program execution, value realization, and client satisfaction.

Job Description : Key Responsibilities
Executive Engagement & Influence
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients executive leadership across business and IT.
· Engage in strategic discussions with C-suite and senior stakeholders to understand vision, objectives, and business imperatives.
· Serve as the executive point of contact, representing Capgemini’s delivery commitment and value proposition.
Business Process & Strategy Alignment
· Develop a deep understanding of Clients business processes, product development lifecycle, and operational objectives.
· Translate business goals into actionable IT strategies and delivery plans.
· Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and drive digital transformation, leveraging GenAI, agentic AI, and advanced architectures.
Delivery Leadership & Accountability
· Own the delivery of complex, cross-functional IT programs, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget.
· Establish and manage delivery governance, KPIs, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
· Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
· Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, leveraging best practices and lessons learned.
Solution Selling & Business Enablement
· Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to deliver business value for Clients and revenue growth for Capgemini.

· Proven experience in executive-level client delivery, partnership, or program management for manufacturing or high-tech clients.
· Demonstrated success in leading delivery of technology transformation initiatives, including AI (GenAI, agentic AI), cloud, and modernization of legacy systems.
· Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influencing skills; able to engage and align C-suite stakeholders.
· Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect business objectives to IT strategy and delivery execution.
