Who Were Looking For. - We're seeking an entry to mid-level Civil Engineer who brings both technical acumen and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have: - Credentials: PE or EIT certification, with successful completion of the FE exam - Experience: 2 to 5 years in civil or geotechnical engineering, preferably with exposure to structural or mechanical systems - Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed across regional and national projects - Skillset: Proficiency in design, development, and oversight of construction projects, with a sharp eye for safety and compliance - Leadership: Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams What You'll Do. - Design and execute civil and geotechnical engineering solutions - Oversee construction phases to ensure technical integrity and safety - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align deliverables - Contribute to planning, budgeting, and execution of regional and national initiatives - Represent organizational values per our client's standards in every engagement; excellence, integrity, and purpose Why KB Sourcing.
