Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include: 2–6 years of civil engineering experience; entry-level candidates with strong internships will be considered Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required Experience with grading using feature lines and surface grading techniques Design of stormwater management systems, hydrology reports, and comprehensive land development plans Ability to contribute to both design and project coordination with a collaborative team Willingness to work primarily in-office, with hybrid flexibility (1 remote day/week after 45 days) Motivated, dependable, and interested in long-term growth and potential equity within the company Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
