What You’ll Do Lead the planning, design, and construction of aviation-focused civil and transportation projects Manage and mentor junior staff while overseeing technical design tasks Prepare comprehensive bidding documents including: Site layout, grading, drainage, pavement design, signage, utilities, erosion control, and more

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes Support client managers and help grow relationships with aviation clients Contribute to business development through outreach, proposals, and community engagement

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of civil engineering experience in transportation, site development, or infrastructure Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Missouri PE preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with AutoCAD and preferably Civil 3D Business development and staff management experience is a plus Willingness to travel as needed and a valid driver’s license
