An established and growing architecture and engineering firm is seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join their Charlotte, NC team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge in commercial land development and the ability to manage projects independently from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will also be prepared to take on a mentorship role within the local office.
Responsibilities: Lead the design and coordination of commercial land development projects
Execute full scope site design, including:
Site layout
Grading and drainage
Stormwater management
Utility design
Erosion and sedimentation control
Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout all project phases
