You will play a pivotal role in managing and innovating the infrastructure that directly supports the Strategic Missile Warning Ground Acquisition Delta's Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) mission. This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Be a key contributor to an exciting, mission-critical initiative for national security. Work in an advanced, collaborative environment leveraging state-of-the-art computing infrastructure at multiple data classification levels. Drive innovation and shape the future of Remote Sensing data applications through cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), data fusion, and automation. Collaborate with talented stakeholders across diverse programs, fostering a cohesive and innovative team culture. Oversee and guide all systems engineering efforts supporting the OPIR TAP Lab and BGIF. Define, prioritize, and execute technical requirements, translating them into actionable and innovative solutions. Conduct comprehensive systems engineering trade studies to evaluate and recommend strategic technology investments. Coordinate and maintain an Integration Roadmap for tenants of BGIF, optimizing activities, investments, and technological upgrades to achieve maximum efficiency and manage lifecycle costs effectively. Lead efforts in exploring emerging technology trends, recommending strategic courses of action to ensure technological leadership and operational excellence. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to software development, testing, and integration within DoD or national security environments. A master's degree in engineering, Science, Technology Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven leadership in technical project management, systems engineering, and stakeholder collaboration. ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI eligibility Expected Pay Range: $130,000 to $195,000 per year
