Join RMH in this key leadership role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical direction of the mechanical department within the organization and be a leader on technical projects. They will champion quality control, engineering technical accuracy, and technical training for the mechanical engineering staff. The candidate will be a strong technical leader with a passion for continual improvement for their engineering discipline as well as a subject matter expert with an in-depth technical knowledge of the key components of mechanical engineering. They will have great attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills. Great people skills, team focus, and an emphasis on continuous professional learning and improvement are key components of the Chief Mechanical Engineer in addition to a passion for teaching and mentoring mechanical staff to expand their knowledge.

The pay range for this position is expected to be within a range of $120,000 - $170,000 and is based upon multiple factors including level of experience, professional registrations and applicant knowledge, skills, and abilities. Benefits include insurance benefits, paid holidays and paid time off as well as a company sponsored 401k plan.
