*Responsibilities:*

* Deliver exceptional hospitality by exceeding guest expectations * Develop and uphold standard operating procedures and policies * Champion preventive maintenance initiatives throughout the hotel * Analyze engineering processes and equipment, providing recommendations for improvement * Support budgeting and planning efforts across designated hotels * Stay informed about industry trends and best practices * Ensure compliance with standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations * Identify and address productivity challenges, implementing effective solutions * Maintain a welcoming and positive attitude at all times * Prior hospitality experience strongly preferred
