Become a Caregiver with TheKey and earn TOP PAY RATES of $13.50-$15.50 per hour while building a meaningful career in a growing industry. We are hiring for all shifts and offer full‑time and part‑time positions: day, evening, or overnight. Shift lengths requested by clients include 4, 6, 8, and 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: dressing, bathing, transfers, grooming, and assistance with meals
• Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shop
• Companionship: engage in games, puzzles, or other activities that support social and emotional well‑being

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (excluding family, friends, or neighbors). Experience may be from in‑home care, group homes, senior communities, assisted living, nursing homes, etc.
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and car insurance are required
