Job Summary:

This role is geared toward a Business Intelligence Engineer III who will contribute to the development and deployment of robotics for online grocery services by creating persona-driven data products and dashboards. Collaborating within a dynamic environment, the candidate will manage large data sets, refining them into actionable insights, and present these findings to support informed decision-making across leadership, operations, and support personnel. The successful candidate will be central to driving innovation in data analytics and dashboard creation, crucial for operational and strategic decision-making related to Amazon's robotic and automation systems in the grocery domain.

Key Responsibilities: Visit the warehouse to observe systems, gather requirements, and ensure the collected data accurately represents operational realities. Build, modify, and maintain dashboards that translate raw data into actionable insights. Ensure accuracy in dashboards, introduce new metric sets, and validate data integrity. Monitor and integrate newly available data sources for improved analytics. Work closely with various teams including Data Engineers, Managers, Operations Support Personnel, and the Amazon grocery logistics team.

Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of USA experience in Business Intelligence Engineering with a strong emphasis on dashboard tools like QuickSight or Tableau. Expert-level proficiency in SQL with a good understanding of C++ and Python. Experience with AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, and Athena is preferred.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in robotics, automation systems, or online grocery services will be advantageous.
