Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly Responsibilities: Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues

Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner

Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria

Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads

Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment

Qualifications: Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance

Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed

The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required

A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required

Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
