Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Building Envelope Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design, and construction administration. This role involves working on moisture intrusion evaluations and renovation designs, with a focus on institutional or hospital projects. Responsibilities
Conduct exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, and design. Administer construction processes and manage projects efficiently. Evaluate moisture intrusion and develop renovation designs. Prepare construction documents and technical reports. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for design and project management. Collaborate with a team of engineers and architects. Essential Skills
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in exterior building envelope renovations and construction administration. Proficient in moisture intrusion evaluations and renovation designs. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, AutoCAD, and Outlook. Technical expertise in building envelope. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with institutional or hospital projects is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering. EIT or Professional Engineer’s ( license preferred. Work Environment

Enjoy flexible Fridays, with the option to shut down at 1pm if work is frontloaded earlier in the week. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $49.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
