Job Responsibilities
Conduct on-site clinical evaluations for new and existing customers to demonstrate the use of products and services, increasing the frequency and quality of IGS (Image Guided Surgery) product usage.
Provide on-site consulting, guidance, and assistance to physicians and operating room personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving during surgery to maximize efficiency and usage.
Lead installations and establish functionality at new and existing customer sites.
Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel, including operating staff, Radiology, Central Sterile Processing, Biomedical, and Information Technologies staff, on the use of surgery products and services.
Utilize engineering expertise to contribute to quality improvement by recommending product modifications.
Act as the primary customer liaison, maintaining site visits and regular contact to assess satisfaction and usage levels, and working to increase revenue through sales of service contracts, spare/wear parts, upgrades, etc.
Collaborate with the Account Manager to evaluate customer opportunities and develop sales projects.
Resolve product issues through detailed analysis and engineering expertise.
Stay informed about new developments related to Brainlab and competitive surgery products through ongoing training and research.
Attend annual surgery continuing education and maintain product knowledge.
Promote surgery products and services at trade shows to surgeons.
Maximize customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as required.
Travel approximately 50% or more.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000.
