Salary: We are seeking a highly motivated Battery Cell Electrical Test Engineer to join our team in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be responsible for developing and supporting automated electrical test solutions for solid-state lithium-ion battery production. This role involves close collaboration with Operations, Applications, and Product teams and requires strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities Define and develop test requirements for battery cell evaluation and production. Design test fixtures, electrical PCBs, and develop software for automated test systems. Implement automated test protocols and perform data acquisition and analysis for Ensurge solid-state batteries. Support rapid development and deployment of test solutions for new product introduction, process characterization, and high-volume manufacturing. Conduct statistical data analysis and create scripts or tools to manage and maintain test databases.

Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or higher). Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical testing and automated test systems. Strong hands-on experience in electrical testing, test setup/debug, and PCB design is a must. Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and data interpretation. Proficiency in test development using Python and/or LabVIEW (preferred). Prior experience with battery testing and evaluation (preferred). Strong team player with excellent communication and technical writing skills. Experience in system-level testing is a plus.
