Mechdyne Corporation is looking for an experienced QSC & DSP Programmer to join our team as an AV Engineer . This isn’t just another AV role—this is an opportunity to craft immersive experiences and push the boundaries of audio engineering.

What You'll Do: Design, program, and optimize QSC-based DSP solutions to elevate AV projects to the highest standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and project teams to develop powerful, scalable DSP configurations.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex audio processing challenges, ensuring flawless AV system performance.

Work closely with clients and stakeholders, translating technical requirements into real-world solutions.

Travel (less than 15%) to trade shows, conferences, and headquarters, with most work focused within the Chicago area (85%).

Maintain detailed documentation, ensuring smooth project execution and tracking. Power Skills You'll Bring: Mastery of QSC and DSP programming, with hands-on experience designing high-performance AV systems.

Proficiency in BOM creation.

Strong project ownership, thriving in fast-paced environments while delivering innovative AV solutions.

Exceptional communication, effortlessly bridging the gap between engineers, clients, and leadership. Qualifications That Will Set You Apart: Certified expertise in QSC Q-SYS or other leading DSP platforms.

Strong working knowledge of AV system design tools.

Deep understanding of audio signal processing, networked AV solutions, and control system integration.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Welcome page
