Compensation Base Salary: $55,000 – $68,000 Incentives: Monthly & Quarterly Performance Bonuses Location 900 N Lake St Ste 104, Mundelein, IL 60060

What You'll Do Lead and manage all aspects of shop operations Sell repairs and services to customers to help meet sales goals Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust Coach, train, and develop team members Manage shop performance, including P&L and key metrics Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment ? What We're Looking For 2+ years of automotive shop management experience 1+ year in a service advisor or sales role High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean MVR Proven leadership and performance management experience Strong problem-solving and financial analysis skills A self-aware, servant leader who leads by example Why Join Mundelein Tire & Service?
