Collaborate closely with team members to analyze, design, develop, test, debug, and implement solutions to improve fulfillment center efficiency and performance. Understand complex requirements for automation and design scalable solutions for Warehouse automation. Analyze existing automation systems to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and throughput. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in both live production and testing environments. Develop high-utility dashboards to visualize data for day-to-day fulfillment operations. Execute test plans for robotic and automation software during on-site implementation. Work closely with software developers, mechanical engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of robotics and data analytics solutions. Oversee on-site commissioning and working with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. This is a fixed-location position based in Framingham, MA office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. Domestic travel for project implementations at Staples Fulfillment centers and project design meetings 50% of the time is required. Splunk Snowflake Experience with electronic systems including Sensors and Processing units: Arduino, Nano Pi and Mechatronics systems.
