Location: Cambridge, MA Position: Associate Manager, Data Validation Engineer Job Responsibilities: Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Validation Engineer responsible for strategic planning, integration, execution, build, and oversight of clinical trial deliverables. This includes program study level clinical data validation checks, reconciliation listings, data cleaning reports, and adherence to internal processes and standards. The role involves developing reusable libraries for validation functions, leading data validation and reconciliation efforts, performing data cleaning, and working cross-functionally to ensure quality, audit-readiness, and compliance with ICH guidelines. The candidate will coordinate programming code maintenance, testing, and documentation, contribute to clinical trial success, and support high-quality, timely data delivery for regulatory submissions. Collaboration with other teams and participation in process development and training are also key components. Up to 100% remote work is permitted. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Analytics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Biology, or a health-related field, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
