RESPONSIBILITIES Attracting and securing new business opportunities in expert witness and strategic consulting Growing Secretariat’s Thermal practice by recruiting talented staff Mentoring and developing Thermal staff Managing project execution and budgets REQUIREMENTS Proven track record in business development and existing client relationships Professional degrees and approximately 5 years of relevant experience: PhD or MS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Fire Protection Engineering Excellent verbal and written communication skills
