Role Overview: This Managing Director role involves managing client assignments, business development, and networking activities. Responsibilities: Attracting and securing new business opportunities in expert witness and strategic consulting Growing Secretariat’s Thermal practice by recruiting talented staff Mentoring and developing thermal staff Providing project management and overseeing budgets Minimum Requirements: Proven track record in business development and an existing client base Professional degrees and approximately 5 years of relevant experience: PhD or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Fire Protection Engineering Excellent verbal and written communication skills
