About the Position:
PE or APM - This is an open position opportunity to be hired by our client - a local luxury custom home builder in Miami, FL. Professionally - this could accelerate someone's knowledge, work history, and career as continuing to grow in the construction industry.
- Combination - work both in office & on-site (Miami Beach area)
- High end complex custom homes
- Support the PX and PM as part of the team
- Consulting, documentation, collaborating, research, etc.
- Willing to do what is needed to keep the projects moving forward day to day.
Requirements:
- Must live within a daily commutable distance from Miami Beach, FL
- Minimum of (3) plus years of experience as either a PE or APM
- High End Custom Home (knowledge & construction experience)
- Client and people-oriented person
