The application engineer focuses on the practical application of engineered HVAC products to develop, improve and support solutions that meet our specific business needs. They bridge the gap between technical development and the customer's needs; ensuring product applications are functional, reliable and correct. This can involve everything from gathering requirements to designing solutions, testing, deployment and ongoing product support.

Conducts product application of HVAC components to OEM or aftermarket buses (new and retrofit).

2. Assists customers on product integration ensuring product installation satisfies requirements.

3. Performs on-site reviews at customer facilities to confirm product installation.

4. Troubleshooting issues that may arise during initial product query and actual installation.

5. Supports the Sales team on new business opportunities and product launches.

6. Coordinates with affiliates in the development of new products for the North American market

7. Facilitates training/service/warranty as needed.

8. Creates/ modify drawings on specific product applications when required.

9. Works with OEM on any future product developments and requirement definition.

10. Create BOMs and manage and maintain products through the company's ERP system.

11. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
