Role: Analytical Development Engineer
What You'll Do:
Assist with the execution and documentation of drug delivery device testing
Perform in-process and final product analytical testing (e.g., UPLC/HPLC, particle size analysis, spectroscopy, compendial methods)
Support laboratory organization and general operational activities
Coordinate sample submissions: receive, aliquot, manage inventory, and support external lab shipments
Contribute to routine data trending and analysis using Excel or JMP (as applicable)
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering)
✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience in a laboratory environment
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✅ Experience in data trending/analysis tools (Excel, JMP) preferred
✅ Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
