Bench Verification Engineer - Analog & Mixed-Signal ICsWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bench Verification Engineer to join our team, focused on testing and characterizing analog and mixed-signal components of integrated circuit (IC) products. This role involves developing automated Python-based test systems and executing comprehensive verification plans to ensure product performance meets specification.
Key Responsibilities-Develop and maintain Python test scripts to characterize analog and mixed-signal IP blocks (LDOs, ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, PLLs, comparators, etc.)-Build and debug automated bench setups to control instruments such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and temperature chambers-Execute verification tests across multiple devices and conditions, including voltage and temperature variations-Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to support development and debugging efforts-Analyze and interpret test data to detect anomalies or out-of-spec behavior-Identify and document product bugs discovered during bench testing
Required Qualifications-Proficiency in Python for equipment automation and data collection-Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit fundamentals, including ADCs, DACs, LDOs, PLLs, comparators, filters, and amplifiers-Hands-on experience with lab instruments and bench testing setups-Working knowledge of digital and mixed-signal IPs such as GPIO, interrupts, SPI, RESET-Prior exposure to semiconductor device verification preferred-Skilled in data analysis, technical documentation, and reporting-Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and ramp up quickly
