Role Overview We are a small, fast-moving team of 7 engineers, operating at startup speed. We handle product iterations, A/B testing, LLM research, AI pipeline development, new features, and performance optimizations. Our focus is on delivering value and product excellence. Our backend is a Ruby on Rails API with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq. The frontend uses Next.js and React. We process millions of support tickets and e-commerce data points monthly.
