Overview Advanced Electrical Design Engineer Honeywell’s Ground Support Solutions (GSS) is approximately a $20M dollar business. In this role you will work with a cross-functional team of 14 people based in South Bend, Puerto Rico, Deer Valley, and the Czech Republic that applies their knowledge and expertise to provide tooling and test equipment solutions for commercial and military customers worldwide. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems and components Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements Lead and execute complex engineering projects from concept to completion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions Conduct technical analysis and provide recommendations for design improvements Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices Strong technical knowledge and expertise in aerospace engineering Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills WE VALUE Masters in Electrical Engineering Experience with advanced electrical engineering concepts and methodologies About Us Honeywell helps organizations solve the world\'s most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
