Amazon's non-relational databases like DynamoDB, DocumentDB, ElastiCache, Managed Blockchain, Neptune, and Timestream are critical to our customers' solutions. Important: This position requires the candidate to currently hold an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work. A Day in the Life: On a typical day, ADC Engineers will dive deep into troubleshooting customer issues, investigate metrics, collaborate with top engineers, or discuss innovative solutions to automate operational processes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ year experience running and maintaining a 24x7 production environment. 1+ year experience in operating systems administration. 1+ year experience with support procedures and methodologies for production computing environments. Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with large, high-throughput distributed systems. Experience supporting service-oriented architecture and web services. Systems Administration in a Linux/Unix environment.
