About The Opportunity

We're looking for White Hat Network Engineer whos passionate about helping customers design and protect their network infrastructure. Whether you're an industry veteran with years of hands-on experience or a highly motivated, self-taught techie with an impressive track record with low-latency networks, this might just be your next great opportunity.

In this role, youll be consulting customers in designing and improving network infrastructure. Youll team up with architects and engineers to build and support advanced networks used in IT, AI, and high-performance storage.

Your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities could include but not be limited to...

Design and optimize networks for a wide variety of environments and unique performance requirements Collaborate with architects to build advanced topologies for high-performance, low-latency systems Document network architectures clearly through diagrams and written guides (Visio or draw.io) Configure, deploy and troubleshoot advanced networking issues across both Linux and Windows environments

About You

Whether you're a seasoned engineer or a skilled learner whos built real-world experience through projects and tinkering, heres what will make you a strong candidate:

IT-related degree OR equivalent hands-on experience (were open to non-traditional backgrounds!) 3+ years in network engineering preferred, with a drive to continuously learn and grow Experience with large-scale secure deployments Familiarity with designing/operating high-bandwidth (25/40/100/400 G), low-latency networks Hands-on with Arista, Cisco, Juniper, Mellanox or Broadcom-based solutions Comfortable with storage area networks using Over-Fabric, RDMA over Ethernet, iSCSI, and storage cluster networking Ability to clearly convey network designs, port maps, cable plans, and change history using Visio or draw.io Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to think in terms of the bigger picture Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through with consistency and integrity
