Opportunity to join a leading Aerospace Manufacturing company in Tallassee, AL! Manufacturing Engineer – 2nd Shift (Aerospace Composites)

Tallassee, AL | 2nd Shift (4:00pm - 11:00pm) | Full-Time | Advanced Manufacturing | Relocation Assistance Available We're looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our 2nd shift team in Tallassee, Alabama , supporting both operational and development programs in our aerospace composites facility. You'll play a key role in driving process improvements, solving technical challenges, and helping us deliver zero-defect products. What You'll Do Solve complex manufacturing problems and support production integration. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce non-conformances. Design and implement tooling and production planning from concept to production. Support quoting, configuration changes, and first article development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program goals. Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles. Maintain strong working relationships across teams and shifts. Perform other duties as needed to support 2nd shift operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Available to work 2nd shift, supporting production needs during off-hours. Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, Green Card holder, refugee, or asylee) per ITAR requirements.
