Job Description / Qualifications

The Junior Field Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing our Machine Tool

products across a broad range of manufacturing customers. This role provides an excellent

opportunity for the candidate to build hands-on expert with our technologically advanced

products, including conventional lathes, CNC machine tools, CNC lathes, CNC turning centers,

and sophisticated FA cells and systems.

Machine tools ・・・ cut metals into precision parts such as automotive components, electrical parts, computer gadgets, medical equipment, etc.

Responsibilities Include:

Installation, modification, and repair of machines.

Providing comprehensive customer support.

Building strong relationships with both our distributor engineers and customers.

Traveling as necessary to support our clients and projects.

Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Requirement

・Have AA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or more than 2 years experience in related field.

・Must be able to read/interpret technical drawing and Good communication skills and proficiency in MS office is necessary.

・Must be able to go over night business trip-Job include up to 50% business trips.

・Must have US Driver's license with clean record
