Workforce Solutions Engineer (NICE/Nexidia)

We are seeking a skilled  WFOS Solutions Engineer  with strong experience in NICE and Nexidia platforms, call recording, and call center technologies. This role is ideal for a developer or engineer who can reverse engineer database schemas, pull data using advanced SQL techniques, and support ongoing and large-scale Workforce Optimization Solutions (WFOS) initiatives. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support platform enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to solution design and implementation. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
