About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Work Migration Engineer with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in maintenance, integrity, or reliability engineering, and be skilled at mapping and standardizing work processes using industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage work migration activities for Oil & Gas clients.

Develop detailed flow charts and process maps using Visio.

Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and secure approvals.

Coordinate with India execution teams to align project plans.

Standardize processes leveraging LEAN principles and best practices.

Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio for documentation and tracking.

Drive business alignment through strong communication and project leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years in Oil & Gas (Maintenance, Reliability, Integrity, or Project Engineering).

Proficiency in Visio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or similar).

Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Experience with Instrumentation & Controls, Reliability & Maintenance, or Mechanical Integrity (with LEAN exposure).

Certification in Project Management or similar.

Field experience in a Refinery or Upstream Production Plant.

Process Engineers, Chemical Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers – relevant roles.

Location & Compensation Spring, TX – W2 onsite contract. Salary range: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00.
