Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled WMS Application Engineer to lead the technical design, configuration, and deployment of advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. This role plays a pivotal part in enabling scalable, efficient, and high-performance supply chain operations across a growing enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HighJump/Körber/InfiOS WMS platforms and be comfortable collaborating across business, operations, and IT teams. This is a hands-on role involving customization, troubleshooting, end-user support, and driving continuous improvement in warehouse technology systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical design, configuration, and implementation of HighJump/Körber/InfiOS Cloud WMS solutions.
- Customize workflows, integrations, and business rules to meet evolving operational needs.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors for seamless deployments and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot system performance and resolve user-reported issues quickly and efficiently.
- Provide training and ongoing technical support to end-users and administrators.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the WMS and supply chain tech stack.
- Ensure system compliance with IT governance, security standards, and scalability requirements.
- Participate in training and learning initiatives to stay current with industry trends and technology advancements.
- Demonstrate professionalism and high ethical standards when supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Occasional travel to warehouses or distribution centers may be required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in WMS engineering, system analysis, or technical consulting roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with HighJump/Körber/InfiOS platforms.
- Proficiency with SQL, XML, and WMS integration frameworks or APIs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain systems.
- Ability to design, implement, and document technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with solid verbal and written skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project-based implementations preferred.
- HighJump/Körber certifications and experience with RF, robotics, or EAI/BPM tools are a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-native and multi-tenant WMS deployments.
- Experience in retail, 3PL, manufacturing, or distribution environments is advantageous.
