Strong Customer Support and interpersonal skills are desired. · Cisco WLAN and ISE specific experience desired · Understanding of remote access technologies including Citrix, IPSec VPN · Working knowledge of ITL processes, specifically Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management · Active CCNP certification preferred (Security/Route/Switch)
