A global enterprise Consulting organization is seeking a Senior Windows Engineer to drive a high-visibility endpoint modernization effort across a distributed Microsoft environment. This role is designed for professionals with prior consulting experience who can operate within structured environments, influence policy decisions, and deliver enterprise-scale solutions with precision.
The engineer will play a central role in assessing and implementing OS configuration standards, device compliance policies, and zero-touch provisioning using tools like SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Autopilot. Expect to collaborate with infrastructure, identity, and security teams to align endpoint management practices with organizational standards. The role is hands-on, policy-aware, and ideal for consultants who understand the nuances of delivering technical outcomes within large, regulated enterprises.
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Server and Desktop Administration, SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Autopilot
Proficient in managing and administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra environments
Strong background in reviewing, defining, and enforcing OS-level policies and configuration baselines
Desired Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a consulting capacity supporting enterprise IT transformation or device management initiatives
Familiarity with endpoint hardening, Group Policy architecture, and device compliance frameworks
Exposure to hybrid or multi-tenant Microsoft identity and endpoint configurations
