Purpose of Position
Tasks and Responsibilities
Maintenance of Microsoft Windows server, hardware, and operating system, including deployments, hardware migrations and system upgrades in a 24x7x365 high availability global environment. Capacity planning of server environment. Documentation and new technology research as required. Familiarity with monitoring, deployment , and automation tools such as Solar Winds, Data Dog, PDQ, and Jenkins. Security hardening (CIS) and patch management leveraging Ivanti Patch managemnt tools and Tenable security tools. Second/Third-level Help Desk ticket resolution for a 24x7x365 operation. Participation in an on-call after-hours support rotation Education
Bachelor's in Information Technology Certifications and Licenses
Microsoft Certification Years of Experience
6-8 years of experience Core Competencies

6+ years of experience in an Infrastructure role with a focus on Microsoft server systems administration.
Experience with automation utilizing Power Shell, PDQ, and Jenkins.
Experience working with systems management tools.
Knowledge of monitoring and performance management tools like Data Dog or Solarwinds a plus.
AWS / Cloud experience highly desirable.
Experience with Windows server hardening and of CIS standards and recommendations.
