Key Responsibilities: Design & Engineering: o Develop water and wastewater engineering project designs that meet client needs and regulatory standards Project Review & Compliance: o Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with client-specific requirements Documentation & Bidding: o Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and contract documents for project bidding Construction Support: o Serve as a construction field engineer, including:

o Coordinating with contractors

o Interpreting designs and specifications

o Managing work change directives and change orders Permitting: o Complete all required project permitting Client Representation: o Represent clients, projects, and our firm at meetings and events

Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with Environmental emphasis or related field Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license 4+ years of design experience including: o Water distribution, storage, and treatment systems

o Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes

o Environmental assessments Team player, possessing strong communication, planning, and organizational skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience with: o Computer modeling of water systems

o Hydraulic design software

o PA DEP regulations Holds a valid US Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices Legal right to work in the U.S. Life at HRG
