Wage: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm

Key responsibilitiesof the wafer fab process engineer:
- Operate and maintain semiconductor deposition equipment, including evaporation and sputtering systems.
- Operate and optimize etch processes using RIE (Reactive Ion Etching) and other related tools.
- Develop, document, and improve thin film deposition and etch process recipes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process development and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze process data to maintain and improve device yield and process control (QC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and yield loss.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in production quality and throughput.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the wafer fab.
Requirements of the wafer fab process engineer:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience running semiconductor deposition equipment (evaporation, sputtering) and/or etching tools (RIE).
- Strong understanding of process quality control and yield improvement methodologies.
- Passion for developing and running thin film processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment preferred.
- Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA, or other process improvement tools.
- Knowledge of thin film materials and characterization techniques.
