Job Title: VLSI Design Engineer

Job Summary: We are hiring experienced VLSI Design Engineers to work with top semiconductor clients across the USA. You will be responsible for front-end design and IP/subsystem integration in advanced SoCs, collaborating with architecture, verification, and implementation teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Drive RTL development and integration for complex digital designs.
Define and implement microarchitecture based on specifications.
Perform design optimization for power, area, and performance.
Work closely with verification, DFT, and physical design teams to deliver high-quality silicon.
Run lint, CDC, synthesis, and support STA and ECOs.
Participate in design reviews and debug simulation or silicon issues.
Required Skills: Proficiency in RTL coding with Verilog/SystemVerilog.
Experience with IP/SOC integration and standard protocols (AXI, PCIe, DDR, USB).
Strong understanding of SoC design flows and toolchains (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence).
Good command of low-power design techniques (UPF/CPF).
Familiarity with scripting and automation (TCL, Python, Perl).
Excellent debugging and communication skills.
