Description: Define and to manage the Integrated Test Plan for a vehicle programs in order to ensure the Design Validation robustness compliant with the planned program timeline. Ensure robustness and completeness of the propulsion vehicle level testing required to launch a successful program within defined program timing via communications with Propulsion team members Responsible for collecting a Propulsion vehicle DVP&R from the engineering groups to support full-vehicle development testing and validation requirements for new product/program content Support the Technical Manager with inputs Prototype Vehicle and Part requirements in the Product Investigate studies With support of propulsion managment, lead activities to optimize propulsion vehicle counts Prioritize, & develop propulsion vehicle build priority working in conjunction with the vehicle ITPL for all build phases based on the DVP&R and Test Plans Analyze program scope & timing changes to mitigate the impact on propulsion bench testing/vehicle needs Coordinate and manage propulsion vehicle usage to support program milestones. Process propulsion vehicle orders based on the DVP&R and Test Plans Determine the quantity of Dynamometer adaptation components required to support each programs team set up using existing tools Identify Part information for components and kick off ordering teams for prompt component delivery to cell set up Process all bench (Dynamometer) Test requirements in database Process and Track Part Part Orders Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Engineering 3-5 years' experience in propulsion/powertrain systems or electrified systems or bench testing Capable of analyzing & synthesizing complex data Ability to work on multiple programs simultaneously, highly organized Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills Strong communication skills working with cross functional teams and management
