We are currently seeking a Engineer, UX/UI to join our Tax Ignition group in a hybrid role. Responsibilities Champion User Experience and User Interface Design for designated projects, ensuring seamless user journeys. Conduct user interviews, create personas, journey maps, site maps, and information architecture diagrams to understand user behavior. Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate product vision. Adhere to Tax Design System standards for consistency in mockups. Collaborate with UI Developers to ensure accurate, accessible, and user-friendly product builds. Qualifications At least three years of experience designing intuitive and engaging websites or applications. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. Deep understanding of accessibility standards to ensure inclusive design. Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Mural, Miro, and Office 365. Online portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.
