As a Stationary Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and cleaning of equipment. You will engage in monitoring system operations, equipment repair, predictive maintenance tasks, and responding to equipment needs as required. Read and reply to emails daily. Complete assigned work orders.

Requirements
A high school diploma or GED
8+ years of facility maintenance experience including boiler and chiller maintenance (experience must be verifiable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
CFC Universal required
A High-Pressure Boiler Operators, Refrigeration Operators, or Stationary Engineers license required.
The ability to safely operate portable hand and power tools.
Location: On-site Pontiac, MI
