Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Experience in creating detailed planning packages for Ciena NGO DWDM transport routes

Proficiency in Copper & HFC Networks Design

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with network infrastructure removal strategies

Ability to mentor and guide other planners

Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage and execute tactical planning tasks, including node expansions and equipment changes

Strategize and document new node insertion into the optical network

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment execution

Update tracking tools and databases with finalized plans and audit findings

Lead major projects within deadlines and identify process improvement opportunities
