Position Overview:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Technology Director by conducting research, coordinating projects and deadlines, handling information requests, communication, and scheduling, as well as performing other clerical functions.

Expectations & Duties (Hand):
Provide general clerical and administrative support.
Support projects and collaborate across departments.
Gather data and conduct research.
Manage, maintain, and repair production department equipment.
Implement and integrate video systems for the production department.
Oversee designs, installations, and maintenance of AVL systems church-wide.
Work with audio and video teams to set up recording and streaming systems.
Design and develop tailored solutions for specific projects.
Contribute to team efforts and accomplish related results.
Maintain and implement new tech strategies related to video systems (e.g., Ross Xpression, Sony Cameras, Ross Acuity, Ross Ultrix, ProPresenter).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Training (Head):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Audio/Visual industry and/or church live production.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
Self-starter with troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Expertise in media, audio, video, and lighting for live and post-production.
Highly tech-savvy; quick to learn new technologies.
Experience with Propresenter, Ross Environment, Sony Cameras (F-5500, Venice 1/2, FX3|FX6, etc.).
Ability to train and develop team members.
Conflict resolution skills.
Strong self-management discipline and urgency in meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently following guidelines.
Project management skills for timely completion.
Proficient in Apple, Microsoft, and Google products, with the ability to learn TC-specific databases and technologies.
