Qualifications A bachelor's degree in engineering 1+ years of experience at an industrial facility Knowledge of engineering and drafting Enhanced math and computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CAD Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $75,000 - $80,000 Essential Functions: Develop expertise in designing tools for Pilger machines and maintaining necessary inventories to ensure on-time deliveries. Evaluate tools and drawings for continuous improvement opportunities. Create inspection criteria for approving and ensuring tools meet required specification standards. Maintain tooling systems for spare parts management, tooling design and inventory, preventive and corrective procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures. Improve tooling design using advanced software, Solid Works 3D modeling, finite element analysis, failure analysis, and CNC capability. Assist with special projects related to tooling data analysis, machine component design, reverse engineering, and project engineering.
