We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Tier 3 – Senior Systems/Network Engineer for a Full-Time position. Overview: The Senior Systems/Network Engineer will serve as the final escalation point for technical issues and will be responsible for high-level troubleshooting, infrastructure support, automation, and systems optimization. Key Responsibilities: Resolve complex incidents escalated from Tier 2.

Conduct root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions.

Design and implement scripts (PowerShell, Python) for automation and efficiency.

Support and maintain enterprise networks, cloud platforms, and security solutions.

Administer patch management and ensure compliance through tools like BigFix.

Provide subject matter expertise for enterprise-level IT systems.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in systems or network engineering.

Advanced understanding of Windows Server, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and cybersecurity.

Experience in device hardening, log analysis, and endpoint security.

Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Preferred Certifications: Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
