About the Role West Networks LLC, an enterprise leader in SD-WAN solutions and a Peplink Platinum Partner, is seeking a   Tier 2 Network Support Engineer   to join our team. This role focuses on troubleshooting and supporting Peplink SD-WAN deployments and related infrastructure. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients to resolve complex networking issues and occasionally assist with systems and server troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 technical support for Peplink SD-WAN solutions and related infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including WAN, LAN, and VPN configurations.
Assist with troubleshooting Linux-based systems and servers as needed.
Collaborate with Tier 1 support and escalate issues when necessary.
Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base.
Preferred Experience Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies, especially Peplink.
Familiarity with enterprise networking environments.
Requirements Required Skills & Certifications Strong understanding of the   OSI model   and networking fundamentals.
Certifications (or willingness to obtain with provided training): CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Security+
Linux+
Peplink Certified Associate (PCA)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Benefits Compensation & Benefits Salary:   $65,000 – $75,000 annually
