We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer/Lab Technician to join our team and support our product development and quality assurance processes. In this role, you will be responsible for testing customer returns, evaluating new products under development, and serving as the technical contact for our internal support team. The ideal candidate will have basic electronic skills, soldering abilities, and excellent computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Product Testing & Analysis

· Test and diagnose customer returned products to identify defects and failure modes

· Conduct functional testing on new products under development

· Execute basic soldering repairs and modifications for testing purposes

· Document test procedures, results, and failure analysis

Internal Technical Support

· Serve as primary technical contact for internal support team inquiries

· Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to support staff

· Develop and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

· 2+ years of experience in electronics testing, quality control, or technical support environment

· High school diploma or equivalent required

Technical Skills

· Basic to intermediate soldering skills for electronic components and PCB work

· Proficiency with electronic testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies)

· Basic Linux skills for system navigation and troubleshooting

· Knowledge of electronic components, circuit boards, and basic electronics principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
