Test Engineer – Modeling and Simulation - 8+ yrs of Experience - TS/SCI w/Poly Clearance Halogen Engineering Group is seeking a Test Engineer to analyze system requirements, concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions. The role involves developing evaluation and test plans, conducting data collection and analysis, and reporting on the status and results. The candidate will support the development of Government test and evaluation documentation, such as the Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Master Plan, Event Test Plans, and T&E Reports. Collaboration with other test organizations for program integration is essential. The engineer provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, maturity, and performance areas. Location and Logistics Location: Annapolis Junction, MD Travel Required: No Shift: Day Remote Type: Onsite Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI Polygraph: Required Compensation The projected annual salary range is $200K to $240K . Salary determination depends on factors such as location, education, experience, and organizational needs.
